Oxygen OS 12 is now in open beta for select OnePlus phones

• The first Oxygen OS 12 beta rolls out today, bringing Android 12.
• The beta is only available for the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro, at least for now.
• It’s likely this first open beta will be quite buggy, so install with caution.

A few months ago, OnePlus rolled out the first taste of Android 12 on its devices through a closed beta program. Although there were a few issues, select users have been enjoying the next iteration of Android for a while now.

Today, though, OnePlus is rolling out the first open Oxygen OS 12 beta. That means anyone can install the software on their phone without needing to sign up for the closed beta program.
