Somewhere between “I’ll update my resume this weekend” and another Monday morning, months pass quietly.

Last week a junior in our office asked me to review his CV. It still had a school project at the top and no mention of the internship he’s been doing daily. Not laziness — just that weird resistance we all have to opening old documents and fixing them.
